Michael John Goswell

Mr. Goswell has extensive experience counseling on warehouse lending facilities secured by a wide range of financial asset classes, including consumer loans; credit card, wireless telecom and other accounts receivables; residential, commercial and multifamily mortgage loans; home equity investment contracts; and single-family rental properties. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation of purchase and servicing agreements, master repurchase agreements, revolving credit facilities, term loans and other financing arrangements. In recognition of his work, Mr. Goswell has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star.
