  • the merger of its portfolio company, TrustQuay (now Quantios), with Viewpoint
  • the take-private acquisition by its portfolio company, IFS, of Copperleaf Technologies Inc. at an equity value of $1 billion

• JAB in relation to its investment in the Pinnacle Pet Group
