Tom Browne

Tom Browne advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and other corporate matters. He has acted for public and private corporations and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.

Mr. Browne previously served at a Magic Circle firm in Dubai and London before joining Skadden, where his experience includes advising:

• a private equity fund on its bolt-on acquisition of a supply chain services company in Asia
• a North American investment fund on its acquisition of a financial technology business in the UAE
• a North American private equity fund on its sale of an international infrastructure business to European investors
• a European venture capital fund on its investment in an artificial intelligence audio production company
• a European retailer on its investment in a consumer goods company in Saudi Arabia
• an international bank on the sale of one of its entities in the Middle East
• an international bank on the sale of one of its entities in Canada
• a multimedia company on its reorganization and joint venture to create a worldwide streaming service
• an oil and gas company on its firm placing and placing and open offer on the London Stock Exchange
• a telecoms company on its public takeover of a competitor in the Middle East
