Anne Connolly focuses her practice on Delaware corporate and alternative entity law, advising on a range of transactions, including mergers and other business combinations, equity investments, reorganizations and recapitalizations, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and succession planning for senior executive officer positions. She also counsels clients with respect to federal securities law compliance matters and corporate and alternative entity governance issues.
