Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Dollinger’s notable transactions include:

  • Savvy Games Group in its $4.9 billion acquisition of Scopely, Inc.
  • Savvy Games Group/EFG in the acquisition of Vindex
  • Followupboss in its sale to Zillow for $400 million
  • System1, a leading omnichannel customer acquisition platform, in (i) its combination with Trebia Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, (ii) its acquisition of Protected.net, a leading developer of security and privacy subscription products, to become publicly listed at a $1.4 billion valuation and (iii) a variety of other acquisitions
  • Viant Technology in its acquisition of IRIS.TV
  • a leading social media platform in numerous acquisitions of technology and content businesses
  • Telegraph Hill Partners in its acquisition of assets of Synthego Corporation
