Keziah Dutchak-Leonard
Bio
Keziah Dutchak-Leonard focuses her practice on complex tax controversies and litigation matters. She represents large multinational companies at various stages of tax disputes, including audits, administrative appeals and litigation. Ms. Dutchak-Leonard’s experience covers a diverse range of federal tax issues, including transfer pricing, subpart F, research credits, economic substance and business purpose doctrines, and administrative procedure.
Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Dutchak-Leonard was a trial attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she tried and managed cases in the U.S. Tax Court and advised Examination and the Independent Office of Appeals on audits of large corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
Ms. Dutchak-Leonard also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on advising human trafficking victims on the tax impacts of settlement awards and other recoveries.
