Bio

Luisa Eberle advises clients on complex domestic and international disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Mrs. Eberle’s practice covers a wide range of representations, including corporate law disputes and follow-on damages claims litigation in antitrust and competition matters. In addition, she has experience counseling clients on issues involving European and German sustainability regulations (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD, EUDR and the Forced Labour Regulation), as well as on international supply chain disputes.

Mrs. Eberle’s representations include advising:

  • an international private equity fund as claimant in a post-M&A arbitration against another private equity fund
  • a global materials technology and recycling company on a high-value dispute arising from a joint venture for the production and supply of key industrial materials
  • a leading international logistics company before a German court regarding the enforcement of a foreign court judgment
