Nicole Grimm has represented numerous U.S. and international companies and individuals in government investigations and parallel proceedings, including Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, General Services Administration and grand jury investigations.

Bio

Ms. Grimm focuses on complex accounting, securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, as well as complex civil litigation, including qui tam matters, securities litigation and class actions.

Ms. Grimm also represents companies in connection with health care and Food and Drug Administration-related matters, focusing on advising pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and other health care industry clients in connection with complex transactional matters. Her recent experience includes the $6.1 billion acquisition of a major medical device manufacturer, the acquisition of a national pharmacy chain and the initial public offering of a pharmaceutical maufacturer.

Ms. Grimm also is active in the pro bono activities. In 2013, Ms. Grimm received the “Klepper Prize for Volunteer Excellence” from the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia for her pro bono work on behalf of domestic violence survivors.

Prior to joining Skadden, Ms. Grimm worked at a law firm in Santiago, Chile, where she focused on foreign investment and international transactional matters.
