Bio
Mr. Herman counsels clients on the design, negotiation and implementation of employment, severance, retention, change-in-control, equity and other incentive compensation arrangements, as well as on related tax, securities and corporate governance matters.
In recognition of his work, Mr. Herman has been named one of Best Lawyers’ Ones to Watch in America.
