David Jain represents fund sponsors, investment banks and institutional investors in connection with the structuring and distribution of U.S. and international private investment products.
Bio
Among other representations, Mr. Jain has assisted clients with private equity funds, multi- and single-strategy hedge funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, credit and distressed debt funds, as well as fund of funds and managed accounts. He also has extensive involvement advising clients on related regulatory and compliance matters.
Mr. Jain’s experience includes acting for clients such as Advent, BlackRock, Blackstone, Citigroup, Deloitte, DigitalBridge, Inc., Fidelity Investments, Fortress Investment Group, GP Investments, Lincoln International, Reinvent Technology Partners, Silver Creek Capital Management, Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. (formerly Och-Ziff Capital Management Group), SDC Capital Partners, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and a number of other corporate clients, funds of funds and other institutional investors.
