Bio

Paige Levenberg focuses her practice on complex tax controversy and tax planning matters. Ms. Levenberg counsels a range of clients, including large U.S. and multinational companies, high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, and other exempt organizations, at various stages of federal income tax controversy, including with regard to audits, administrative appeals and litigation. Her experience spans a wide range of tax issues, including transfer pricing, taxation of financial products, employee benefit plans, economic substance and business purpose doctrines, financial products, gift and estate tax, conservation easements and administrative procedure.

Ms. Levenberg also has an active pro bono practice and has assisted tax-exempt organizations and organizations seeking tax-exempt status regarding formation and obtaining and maintaining such status, in addition to counseling clients with respect to tax aspects of applicable laws and regulations regarding veterans and surviving spouse benefits.
