• Ardian Private Equity in its investment in a continuation vehicle set up by PAI Partners with regard to Froneri, a transaction that valued Froneri at approximately €15 billion
• eToro Group Ltd. in its $713 million IPO of Class A common shares and listing on Nasdaq
• Silverstein Capital Partners in its $665 million senior and mezzanine construction loans for 9 Dekalb, Brooklyn’s tallest skyscraper
