Bio

Lizzi Peled represents clients in connection with a broad range of antitrust issues related to complex litigations, appeals and government investigations. Ms. Peled has experience representing clients in federal trial and appellate courts, and has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, health care and professional services.

Examples of Ms. Peled’s representations include:

  • BOLD Limited in the defense of an antitrust action brought by a competitor alleging that BOLD monopolized a purported market for online resume-building platforms.
  • Exxon Mobil in an antitrust action by Michigan’s attorney general alleging that oil companies conspired to block the transition to renewable energy sources
  • Netflix, Inc. in the defense of a class action antitrust litigation challenging its proposed merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.
  • Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC in class actions alleging a price-fixing conspiracy among construction rental equipment companies using a benchmarking service
  • SmartSky Networks, LLC as plaintiff in an antitrust suit filed against GoGo Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina asserting claims of monopolistic behavior and unfair competition
