Michael Restey focuses his practice on complex commercial, securities and derivative litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Bio
Mr. Restey represents a broad range of clients in a variety of disputes involving claims for securities fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty, both at the trial court level and on appeal. He also advises clients on regulatory investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. In recognition of Mr. Restey’s work in securities litigation, he was named one of Best Lawyers’ 2024 Ones To Watch.
