• CF Industries in its acquisition of Incitec Pivot Limited’s ammonia production complex located in Waggaman, Louisiana, and related assets
• DuPont in the sale of the majority of its Mobility and Materials business to Celanese
• Essendant in its acquisition by Staples
• Mars in its pending acquisition of Kellanova
• SP Plus in its acquisition by Metropolis Technologies
