Jessica Schneider represents clients in connection with the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, investigations into company conduct and advisory matters. Ms. Schneider has broad antitrust experience across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, media, entertainment, manufacturing, consumer goods and retail. • Intercept Pharmaceuticals in its sale to Alfasigma
• Builders FirstSource, Inc. in its all-stock merger transaction with BMC Stock Holdings, Inc.
