Vernon Thomas represents public multinationals and asset managers in high-stakes and complex tax controversy and litigation matters before state and federal administrative courts, as well as federal district courts. Mr. Thomas focuses his practice on transfer pricing, cross-border withholding tax, foreign tax credits and other tax issues. As an experienced litigator, he has drafted pleadings and motions, coordinated discovery, supported expert and fact witness preparation, and helped develop case strategy.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Thomas has maintained a robust pro bono practice, representing individuals in connection with federal drug trafficking charges, the pursuit of asylum and the assertion of voter intimidation claims.
