Sam Tuttleman

Sam Tuttleman represents public and private companies and private equity firms in connection with various corporate transactions, including governance-related matters. Mr. Tuttleman focuses his practice on representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in corporate transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, across a variety of industries.

Mr. Tuttleman’s experience at Skadden includes, among other matters, advising:

• Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. in its pending $8.3 billion acquisition by The Boeing Company
• Castlelake, L.P. in its pending investment as part of a consortium of bidders for a $1.2 billion debt and equity investment in the reorganized Scandinavian Airlines to be implemented pursuant to a Chapter 11 plan and Swedish reorganization proceeding
• Burke Porter Group, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, testing and production solutions serving life sciences and specialty industrial end markets, on its sale to AEA Investors LP
• Delos Capital in connection with the sale of FCA Packaging, a leading manufacturer of customized industrial protective packaging solutions, to Wynnchurch Capital, L.P.
• Aptean, Inc., a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions backed by TA Associates, Vista Equity Partners and Charlesbank Capital Partners, on numerous transactions
• Victory Park Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on emerging and established businesses across various industries in the U.S. and abroad, on numerous transactions
• Monroe Capital, a Chicago-based private asset management firm specializing in private capital investing, on numerous transactions

• dMY Technology Group, Inc., a SPAC, on its $1.78 billion business combination with Rush Street Interactive, LP, a U.S.-based online casino and sports betting company
• Rotunda Capital Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm, on its acquisition of Storm Smart, one of the largest vertically integrated direct-to-consumer marketers, manufacturers and installers of storm protection products in Florida
• Delos Capital in connection with the formation of MechanAir LLC, a platform consisting of commercial HVAC/mechanical and plumbing contractors with regional, industry and technology differentiation across the Midwest and East Coast
