Tze Fung (Brian) Wong

Mr. Wong represents global and Asia-based managers in the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, fund of funds and other private fund strategies. He also advises sponsors on a broad array of fund compliance and governance-related issues. In addition, he has extensive experience representing sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, multinational corporations and other institutional investors in their investments into private funds, co-investment vehicles and other alternative investment vehicles.

Additionally, Mr. Wong is highly experienced in the full array of secondaries transactions. In particular, he has advised numerous secondaries in the purchase and sale of fund portfolios.
