Rajeev P. Duggal, the former Singapore-based general counsel for all of Citi’s retail businesses in the Asia Pacific region, and previously the New York-based assistant general counsel/deputy co-head for Citi’s proprietary M&A legal department, has joined the firm as a corporate finance, M&A and banking partner in the Singapore office. Paul Mitchard QC has relocated from London to Hong Kong to head up the firm’s Asian international arbitration and litigation regional practice.
