Skadden represented, as lead counsel, Ronny Pecik, former head of Austria-based investment firm Victory, in his Sept. 21 acquittal before the Federal Criminal Court of Switzerland in connection with Victory’s sale of a stake in Switzerland-based OC Oerlikon to Russia-based Renova Group. Mr. Pecik and two other investors had been fined a record CHF120 million for allegedly breaching Swiss disclosure threshold obligations.
