Treasury Announces Citigroup Offering

Skadden is representing Citigroup Inc., as issuer, in the underwritten sale by the U.S. Department of the Treasury of approximately $2.2 billion of capital securities issued by Citi to the Treasury in connection with the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The offering was announced on Sept. 29.
