Paul Allen Achieves Another Dismissal of Bankruptcy Appeals

Following two victories in March 2011, Skadden represented Paul Allen in the dismissal of a second pair of appeals from a bankruptcy court’s confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan to reorganize Charter Communications, Inc. On July 26, Judge George Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York granted the motion to dismiss the appeals, further ensuring that Charter’s reorganization proceeds uninterrupted.
