Firm Tops Inaugural Asia-Pacific M&A Rankings

Skadden ranked as a top-tier law firm for mergers and acquisitions in the Asia, China and Hong Kong categories of Asian Legal Business’ first-ever “Corporate M&A Rankings” (September 2012). According to the publication, Skadden — which was the only U.S. firm to receive more than one top-tier ranking — was “lauded as a leading one-stop shop for clients seeking counsel on complex and innovative M&A matters.” The firm also was recognized in the report’s Japan and Singapore categories.
