Skadden is advising CF Industries Holdings, Inc. on its strategic venture with CHS Inc., announced August 12. As part of the transaction, CHS will make a $2.8 billion equity investment in CF Industries subsidiary CF Industries Nitrogen, LLC (CFN) and enter into a supply agreement with CFN.
