Skadden served as lead counsel to PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. (Emtek), one of Indonesia's top media companies, in its licensing agreement with BlackBerry Limited to develop new BlackBerry Messenger applications and services for Android, iOS and Windows phones.
