Skadden secured a victory for NTT DOCOMO, Japan's largest telecommunications company, in an arbitration against Tata Sons, the holding company of Tata Group. A London Court of International Arbitration tribunal awarded NTT DOCOMO approximately $1.2 billion, representing the buyout price that Tata had refused to pay upon NTT DOCOMO's exit from their joint venture.
