Skadden is advising Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Development) on its sale of interests in the 324-megawatt Broadview Wind power facility and associated, independent, 35-mile, 345-kilovolt Western Interconnect transmission line to Pattern Energy Group Inc. for $269 million at commencement of commercial operations. Pattern Development has closed financing and begun construction on Broadview, which is located 30 miles north of Clovis, New Mexico.
