Skadden is representing SunEdison, Inc. in the acquisition by Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. of TerraForm Global, Inc. and a controlling interest in TerraForm Power, Inc. SunEdison is the largest shareholder in each of the TerraForm entities, which have a combined enterprise value of approximately $8 billion.
