Skadden is representing GE Vernova Inc. in its $5.275 billion acquisition of the 50% stake of Prolec GE owned by GE Vernova’s joint venture partner Xignux, S.A. de C.V. The deal is expected to close by mid-2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, including obtaining regulatory approvals.
