Skadden advised J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BofA Securities, HSBC and Morgan Stanley as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners on Nippon Life Insurance Company’s Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.748% senior notes due 2031 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.046% senior notes due 2033. The notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
