Skadden advised AI company Baidu, Inc. on the voluntary conversion of its secondary listing status to a primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). Effective September 1, Baidu became a dual-primary listed company on the HKSE and the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
