Skadden secured unconditional global antitrust clearance on behalf of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. for its $22 billion acquisition of Qorvo, Inc. Skadden obtained clearances in China, South Korea and Taiwan, as well as the United States, where clearance followed a Second Request investigation.
