Mid-Level Associate

The London office is seeking an associate to join the corporate group, focusing their time on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally. We are looking for one individual with 5-6 years' relevant post qualification experience in a top tier private equity practice in the London market or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction (although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits).
