The London office is seeking a US qualified capital markets senior associate / Counsel who will work on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings and in very close cooperation with the banking and M&A teams. The successful candidate will have significant experience advising European based Issuers on high yield offerings, bridge to bond transactions, other underwritten financings, liability management transactions and other complex financings.
