International Project Managers

International Project Managers (IPMs) work closely with our associates, counsel and partners in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai on corporate, competition and litigation matters. Most IPMs have graduated from law school in their home country and completed an LL.M. program in the United States. They spend two to four  years in our program (depending on prior work experience) and those who are successful are promoted to associate. IPMs are required to undertake internal training in professional skills, including but not limited to communication, English legal writing and financial statements training. IPMs also attend legal skills training throughout their time with the firm and are assigned a mentor and reviewed every six months.
