Applications for our 2026 1L and 2027 2L Summer Associate Programs are now open!

While we’ve opened our application portal early, we understand that many law students are preparing for their first semester finals, and we appreciate the dedication and effort this requires. We will offer flexible interview scheduling throughout the cycle to be mindful of your exam and study commitments.

• Application Materials: Candidates are required to submit their resume and undergraduate transcript, as well as provide their fall 2025 grades as a supplement once available. To help us learn more about candidates, we ask those applying to our U.S. offices to complete a brief online assessment, administered by Suited, to see how your goals and values align with ours.
• Interviews: We will conduct interviews on a rolling basis, with an effort to find convenient times in each applicant’s schedule.
• Offers: Offer decisions will be made after candidates have submitted their official first semester transcripts with fall 2025 grades (or first quarter grades from fall 2025). 
• Locations:
  • 2026 1L Summer Associate Program: The following offices are currently accepting applications for summer 2026 from 1L candidates only: Chicago, Houston, Palo Alto and Toronto. Combined offers will be extended for both the 2026 and 2027 summer. 
  • 2027 2L Summer Associate Program: The following offices are currently accepting applications for summer 2027: Boston, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C. and Wilmington. Current 1Ls are welcome to apply.
