  We represent bidders. targets, and financial investors with inbound and outbound cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, including share acquisitions and dispositions, asset acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations and joint ventures. We were ranked first for M&A by deal value in Southeast Asia according to Bloomberg 2017. 

• Equity and Debt Capital Markets, including High-Yield 
  We represent issuers and underwriters in Rule 144A/Regulation S/private placement/U.S. registered cross-border equity financings by regional companies based in southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. 

• Energy and Infrastructure 
  We represent developers, sponsors, financial institutions, industrial companies and utilities in a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects, including power, oil and gas, ports, toll roads and high-speed rail, and our work includes the development and financing, as well as the acquisition and divestiture, of such projects. 

• Privatizations 
  We have experience representing governments, bidders and underwriters in privatization transactions, including sale of assets or stock in privately negotiated and auction transactions and sale of stock in public and private cross-border equity securities o erings. 

• Litigation and Arbitration
  We have considerable experience handling international arbitration, treaty claims and litigation in the region. Additionally, the Asia litigation team has U.S.-qualified lawyers who handle U.S. litigation including securities and class actions. 

• Internal and Regulatory Investigations
  We have substantial experience conducting sensitive investigations and due diligence processes, including those involving FCPA, accounting and financial fraud.
