27th Annual Conference on Fair Lending and Consumer Financial Protection

On April 8, Skadden’s Consumer Financial Services Group held its 27th Annual Conference on Fair Lending and Consumer Financial Protection in Washington, D.C. Skadden attorneys addressed key issues and developments in fair lending compliance and enforcement, including digital marketing and alternative data, UDAAP (unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices), HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) and redlining.
