Washington, D.C. litigation partners Joseph Barloon and Anand Raman participated in the 2012 CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium in San Antonio, Texas. The colloquium featured financial services industry leaders who spoke on the latest developments regarding recent regulatory changes, the impact of new enforcement initiatives and testing measures, and fair lending compliance. On November 13, Mr. Raman spoke at a session titled “Fair Lending Hot Button Issues and Enforcement Trends" and, on November 14, Mr. Barloon joined an interactive panel discussion titled "CRA Ratings: The Downward Trend and How to Avoid It."
