Skadden's Los Angeles office hosted a seminar titled "The Big Payback: A Candid Discussion of General Counsel Compensation Trends" on April 23 at the InterContinental Hotel Century City. Palo Alto partner Joseph Yaffe led a discussion with Palo Alto of counsel James Brelsford, former Northrop Grumman GC Lynne Brickner, and panelists from Major, Lindsey & Africa and Towers Watson. The presentation, which was followed by a networking reception, focused on the variables that influence GC compensation, as well as trends and recent experience related to salary, equity and mobility.
