Global executive compensation and benefits head Regina Olshan and Palo Alto executive compensation and benefits partner Joseph Yaffe spoke at the 2014 Equilar Executive Compensation Summit, held June 16-18 in San Diego. Ms. Olshan took part in a panel discussion titled “Turnover at the Top: Successfully Setting the Pay of a New CEO” that focused on the factors that should be considered when determining a new CEO’s pay, including construction of employment agreements, granting of special new-hire awards and setting performance goals. Mr. Yaffe moderated the "Closing Panel: Looking Ahead to 2015."
