As part of the firm's Corporate Governance Series, Skadden presented on February 5 a New York seminar and webinar on "What Board Members Want to Know This Season." The program focused on the latest issues that are likely to be at the top of directors' lists for 2015. Our panelists offered first-hand insight and practical advice on how to best prepare for and address these issues in the coming year.
