New York intellectual property partner Jose Esteves and Brussels antitrust and competition partner Ingrid Vandenborre participated in "IP Monetization 2015: Maximize the Value of Your IP Assets," a PLI seminar held April 29 in New York. As seminar co-chair, Mr. Esteves delivered the seminar introduction and provide an overview and analysis of key IP monetization techniques, the latest monetization innovations being deployed and the latest techniques for managing IP litigation risk. Ms. Vandenborre participated in a panel discussion titled "SEPs, FRAND, Pools and Other IP Bundling: Navigating Practical and Antitrust Considerations."
