Skadden held a webinar on April 21 titled "Outsourcing: Maximizing Value and Mitigating Risk in 2015." The webinar reviewed some of the most critical issues in outsourcing agreements today and outlined approaches to help companies achieve the full value of outsourcing deals while mitigating their risk exposure. Among the topics explored were limitations of liability and indemnities, drafting effective service levels, and managing privacy and cybersecurity risks.
