Emerging Issues in the Enforcement of International Awards and Judgments

On May 13, New York litigation of counsel and former New York state Chief Judge Judith Kaye, as well as litigation and international arbitration partner Lea Haber Kuck and counsel Gregory Litt, participated in a panel discussion, "Emerging Issues in the Enforcement of International Awards and Judgments," as part of the New York State Bar Association’s 2015 Global Law Week. Panelists also included professor George Bermann of Columbia Law School and Alexandra Dosman of the New York International Arbitration Center. The event was held in Skadden's New York office.
