São Paulo corporate of counsel Richard Aldrich, New York corporate restructuring partner Jay Goffman and New York M&A partner Paul Schnell participated in PLI's "Current Developments in Latin American Cross-Border Securities Transactions Institute," held September 17 in São Paulo. Mr. Aldrich and Mr. Schnell were co-chairs of the event. Mr. Aldrich moderated "Securities Offerings Updates," Mr. Schnell moderated a discussion titled "Setting the Stage: Market Outlook" and Mr. Goffman participated in a panel discussion on restructuring debt securities.
