New York international litigation and arbitration partner Gregory Litt spoke at the New York International Arbitration Center's Grand Central Forum on May 18.
Mr. Litt participated in a panel discussion — titled "Is There a U.S. Culture of International Arbitration?" — focusing on the impact that U.S. practice has on international arbitration and whether meaningful differences persist among arbitration practitioners from different regions. The day's events also featured the first annual Judith S. Kaye Arbitration Lecture, honoring the memory of former New York Chief Judge and Skadden of counsel Judith Kaye.
