New York international litigation and arbitration partner Gregory Litt spoke at the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum North America Regional Conference on June 10. Mr. Litt participated in a panel discussion — titled "Do Class Arbitrations Have a Place in International Commercial Arbitration?" — focusing on the impact of recent U.S. Supreme Court cases on arbitration; how to address issues that affect consumer/employment arbitration that are shared by international arbitration; and the future of class/group claims in international arbitration.
