Compensation Committee Forum: Preparing for the 2018 Proxy Season

Palo Alto executive compensation and benefits partner Joseph Yaffe spoke at Equilar and Nasdaq’s “Compensation Committee Forum: Preparing for the 2018 Proxy Season” on November 14 in San Francisco. Mr. Yaffe spoke on a panel titled “Expanding the Scope: The Comp Committee’s Role in Talent Strategy and Compensation Below the CEO,” which focused on how to best approach compensation as part of the process to reward key talent below the CEO as part of a strategic CEO succession plan.
